A modular flatpack enclosure designed for internal WTG deployment, new-build, design-locked and legacy assets. Ships flat, assembles on site in ~2 hours by two people with hand tools.
The modular format unlocks deployment at remote assets where access constraints prevent fully assembled units. Galvanised U & C channel chassis, checker plate floor mechanically fixed to the supporting structure, galvanised steel wall and roof panels, galvanised steel door.
No insulation (it's an internal-deployment unit). Internal deployment also means wind and snow loading considerations are not applicable.
When supplied with Wind-Fare modular internals, the FlatPack carries the same compliant fit-out as every other THUNDERBOX™ — dry-flush toilet, hot/cold sink, SNOAP soap, LED+PIR lighting, passive ventilation, mirror, paper towel dispenser.
Alternatively the FlatPack can be supplied as an enclosure-only solution for clients who want to specify and install their own internal components.
